  2. Rescheduling cost: When you schedule a service with us, you can reschedule your appointment once without incurring additional costs. However, any other rescheduling requests will be subject to a fee of $50, which will be added to the service's total cost each time you decide to reschedule.
  3. Rescheduling Availability: It is essential to adhere to the rescheduling policy mentioned above. Please comply to avoid us rescheduling your appointment at our sole discretion. Please note that rescheduling is subject to our calendar availability, and we recommend submitting your rescheduling request as early as possible to secure the soonest alternative appointment slot.

Cancellation

  4. Our Right to Cancel: We retain the right to cancel your reservation at our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of time to perform the services purchased. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and issue you a full refund of the paid deposit.

  1. Refunds: If we cancel a service reservation, full refunds of deposits and upfront payment will be omitted.

  3. Upfront Payment Refunds: If a complete payment was required at the time of reservation, we will issue a full refund if a cancellation request adheres to our cancellation terms. Otherwise, We will refund up to 75% of the deposit made.
  4. Notification of Refund: If we cancel your reservation, we will promptly notify you via phone or email of the cancellation and provide a full refund of the paid deposit or the upfront payment. These refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.
