This section sets forth the refund policy for service reservations made through our Website. You agree to comply with this refund policy by accessing and using our services.

  1. Refunds: If we cancel a service reservation, full refunds of deposits and upfront payment will be omitted.
  2. Security Deposits Refunds: Any security deposits paid for a service reservation cannot be refunded.
  3. Upfront Payment Refunds: If a complete payment was required at the time of reservation, we will issue a full refund if a cancellation request adheres to our cancellation terms. Otherwise, We will refund up to 75% of the deposit made.
  4. Notification of Refund: If we cancel your reservation, we will promptly notify you via phone or email of the cancellation and provide a full refund of the paid deposit or the upfront payment. These refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.
